The Salad Project opened its first London site in the summer of 2021 with a straightforward ambition: to build the salad bar that was always missing. Founded by Florian de Chezelles and James Dare with a belief that fast-casual food could be held to a higher standard. Five years on, the brand operates 15 locations across London - and opens its first European location in Paris this September. Quality ingredients, proper culinary craft, and an experience worth returning to. The mission is clear: to be the best salad bar in the world.
